"Read Across America" was celebrated at Colonel Wright on March 2, 1999 with a Parent/Staff/Student Breakfast in the Colonel Wright Cafeteria. After eating a breakfast of either bagels & cream cheese or a bowl of cereal, students joined their parents and staff members to read books and tell stories. The time together was enjoyed by all.
