Bruce Coville, well-known children's book author, visited Colonel Wright School on Friday February 26. He is the author of such well known books as Aliens ate my Homework, My Teacher is an Alien, Alien Tales to Warp your Mind, The Space Brat Series, and Dragonslayers. He will be meeting with classes all day on Friday to discuss his own love of books and reading, and how he got started writing. There will also be an autograph signing party and a luncheon with Bruce Coville himself. Students have been encouraged to write letters stating "why I would like to eat lunch with Bruce Coville". One student from each grade level will be selected to join the luncheon.
