Every day we got on the internet and looked for the barometric pressure, precipitation, windspeed and wind direction. Then we would look in the newspaper for the highs and low for the day before. We recorded it on paper and after two weeks of recording our information we made graphs. Each group checked The Dalles, another city in the United States, and a city outside of The United States. The WNBA group chose Fairbanks, Alaska and Mexico City, Mexico for the second and third cities.
After recording information for 2 weeks, they put that information into a spreadsheet in Microsoft Works®. We made bar graphs for the high and lows and line graphs for baromectic pressure and the daily mean. We made picture graphs for The Dalles cloudiness. Then we made narratives for each graph. Then we glued eveything on poster board. Then we wrote "The Weather Chart" and who it was made by.
